Idea Three Co., Ltd. (“id3”) is a company registered in Thailand. We design and build websites for hotels, brands, and organisations.

What we collect

We only collect information you give us directly:

  • Project brief — project type, industry, goals, timeline, and your contact details (name, email, company name, website)
  • Contact form — name, email, organisation, website, and your message

We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This collects anonymised usage data (pages visited, time on site, general location, device type) using cookies. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver the project. We don’t sell, rent, or share your information with anyone outside id3.

Where it’s stored

Form submissions are sent to our email and securely stored on our web server. Access is restricted to authorised members of the id3 team via a password-protected admin panel.

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and, if relevant, to prepare a proposal or begin a project.

If we start working together, your contact details may be stored in our access-controlled project management tools for the duration of the collaboration.

How long we keep it

If we don’t end up working together, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If we do work together, we retain project-related information for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period afterwards for support and reference.

Your rights

Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent at any time

If we update this policy, we’ll revise the date at the top. We won’t make material changes without notice.
